La Comisión Organizadora del Congreso comunica que, tras analizar la preocupante situación sanitaria, ha llegado a la conclusión de que lo más conveniente es el aplazamiento del evento.
Aunque se ha estudiado la posibilidad de celebración online en las fechas previstas, finalmente esa opción ha quedado descartada tanto por la complejidad técnica derivada del alto número de comunicaciones como por no querer renunciar a la riqueza de intercambios y encuentros personales que constituyen uno de los principales atractivos de todo congreso científico.
Las nuevas fechas de celebración son los días 26, 27 y 28 de enero de 2022.
En función de ello, se han modificado también los diversos plazos que aún estaban vigentes, quedando de la siguiente manera:
Plazo límite para inscripciones con tarifa reducida: 30 de abril de 2021.
Plazo límite de recepción de comunicaciones completas: 30 de abril de 2021.
Plazo límite de pago de inscripción de ponentes: 15 de noviembre de 2021.
Notificación del programa definitivo: 1 de diciembre de 2021.
Plazo límite de recepción de presentaciones: 15 de diciembre de 2021.
Sentimos mucho los inconvenientes que estos cambios os puedan ocasionar, pero estamos seguros de que comprendéis la necesidad de los mismos. Esperamos que este retraso de un año nos permita encontrarnos en una situación ya libre de la emergencia sanitaria.
Anunciamos, igualmente, que el 28 de enero de 2021 (fecha en la que debería inaugurarse el Congreso) celebraremos una actividad online sobre cuyos detalles informaremos más adelante.
Dear participants in the III International Culture and City Congress,
After analyzing the current worrying health situation, the Congress Organizing Committee has concluded that the most convenient option is to postpone the event.
The possibility of holding an online Congress on the scheduled dates has been studied, nevertheless this option has finally been ruled out. It has been due to the technical complexity derived from the high number of communications and mainly because we would not like to renounce to the wealth of exchanges and personal encounters that constitute one of the main attractions of all scientific congresses.
The new celebration dates are January 26th, 27th and 28th, 2022.
Based on this, the various deadlines remaining have also been modified, as indicated:
Deadline for full papers submission: April 30th, 2021.
Deadline for reduced registration fee: April 30th, 2021.
Deadline for registration and payment: November 15th, 2021.
Communication of the Congress final program: December 1st, 2021.
Deadline for sending the oral presentation file: December 15th, 2021.

We also announce that on January 28th, 2021 (the date on which the Congress should open) we will hold an online activity. We will report later on the details of it.
